This little doll almost lost his life at the Idabel Shelter; can you believe it?! You see, he was absolutely petrified and completely shut down. All his siblings were pulled by another rescue, but he was not. Thankfully a wonderful OPR foster stepped up for him, and boy was he misunderstood!! Vic is nothing but a little love bug. He has an affinity for collecting ALL the toys and piling them on his person's bed. He LOVES his foster siblings (dog and cat) but especially loves that his giant foster siblings let him pretend he's the boss! Victor would love to spend the rest of his days NEVER thinking about that shelter again and being spoiled like the little prince he is.
