Despite his limitations, Sammy navigates the world with curiosity and courage—and he’s always ready for his next adventure! He’s making great progress with potty training but still needs to go out about every 4 hours. Sammy would thrive in a loving home that can offer him patience, structure, and plenty of playtime.
